Returns/Guarantees Policy

SUPER COOL GIFTS have a simple returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, either because the item is faulty or you've changed your mind, you must return is to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

To return an item: Please return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging with a copy of your receipt/invoice within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

Faulty or defective items: You must notify us of items received damaged within 3 days of receipt, otherwise a refund may not be given. If you return an item to us because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

If you change your mind: Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition, including all product packaging, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. We do not refund the original delivery charge or your costs in returning the item(s) to us. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit containing items that you are returning to us, we therefore recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges: For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to SUPER COOL GIFTS within 7 days, or sent back if you changed your mind and sent back to SUPER COOL GIFTS within 7 days, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error (ie if you change your mind) will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Please note, in all instances SUPER COOL GIFTS shall not be liable for (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
